Good news!  We are really pleased to be taking part in Yarn Shop Day again this year.  This will be the third year that we've had yarn at Backstitch (gosh how time flies) and so the third year of this fun day.  Yarn Shop Day is a celebration of independent yarn shops, and we just love to celebrate our independent status! The big day is Saturday 12th May 2018 and we are open 10 - 5 as usual. There will be a 10% discount on all full price yarn sold in the Burwash Manor shop on the day.  If you spend over £30 and your basket includes yarn then you will also get one or our small drawstring bags thrown in too... these are great for holding your yarn ball or cake when working on a project. Between 2pm and 4pm there will be a social knit and crochet session.  No need to book, just come along with your current yarny project and have a natter with like-minded woolly folk! Everybody who comes in the shop on the day can enter our raffle - no purchase necessary.  We're going to pull together a lovely bunch of yarn and accessories to go into the raffle, so it'll be one not to miss. And of course, there will be cake... it wouldn't be a celebration without cake now would it?!
