Fabric Recommendations:  Medium-weight, soft woven fabrics such as cotton twill, chambray, washed linen and linen-viscose/rayon blends, double gauze, needlecord.

Other Supplies:
Matching thread 40mm
(1 1/2in) wide elastic – see the image of the back cover for the length required for your size
0.25m (1/4yd) iron-on interfacing (similar weight to your fabric)
